Day 1: From Ideas to Product Development

The summit officially kicked off with team introductions, mentor sessions, and strategic discussions, helping participants refine their ideas before entering the development phase.

Throughout the day, teams worked closely with mentors and industry experts to validate concepts, identify market opportunities, and build solutions capable of addressing real business problems.

One of the key highlights was the session delivered by Ngo Minh Tan, AI Solution Architect at BytePlus Vietnam, who shared insights on leveraging AI technologies to support product innovation and global business expansion. Teams gained practical knowledge on how advanced AI solutions can accelerate development and improve scalability for cross-border businesses.

Participants also joined the session "VibeCode: Plan First, Code Later" presented by Su Minh Thanh, CEO of Senlyzer and Co-lead of GDG Cloud Da Nang. The session provided practical frameworks for planning, prioritization, and execution—critical skills in a fast-paced hackathon environment.

Additional discussions explored AI-powered commerce, localization, and language optimization, helping participants better understand how AI can support businesses across diverse markets.

By the end of Day 1, teams had already transformed initial concepts into working prototypes, setting the stage for an exciting final day.

Day 2: Demo Day and Innovation Showcase

After a night of intensive development, teams returned to complete their final submissions and prepare for Demo Day.

The second day shifted focus from building to showcasing innovation. Participants presented their solutions to judges, mentors, and industry experts, demonstrating not only technical capabilities but also strong business thinking and market awareness.

The event featured a keynote session by Dinh The Hung, CXO of BurgerPrints, who shared perspectives on the future of cross-border eCommerce, the growing role of AI, and the opportunities and challenges facing businesses in global markets.

Another key highlight came from Pham Duc Linh, CEO of Ecomdy, who introduced the AI Venture Builder Program. The initiative reflects Ecomdy's long-term commitment to supporting startups and innovators beyond the competition itself.

Through the program, Ecomdy aims to help promising founders validate ideas, build products faster, connect with businesses, and transform innovation into real market opportunities.

The day concluded with the announcement of the Top 10 finalists, pitch presentations, and the awards ceremony, celebrating teams that demonstrated outstanding innovation, execution, and business potential.
